“A blended rosé Champagne made from the three traditional Champagne grape varieties, deriving its pale pink hue from a red wine vinified in oak. Its delicate bouquet of red fruits is appealing, but even more so is its generous, well-balanced palate, enhanced by a fresh and elegant finish that reflects a well-mastered dosage.

Score: 14/20

Beneath its beautiful, luminous rosé colour, the nose reveals notes of red fruits—wild strawberry, redcurrant, raspberry—along with strawberry tree fruit and pomelo. The supple, round attack gives way to a creamy mousse and refreshing freshness. Without excessive breadth, this rather generous Champagne is best suited to aperitifs and cold starters.”

The Pinot Noir

Rare in our vineyard, Pinot Noir is the dominant grape variety of the Montagne de Reims and the Côte des Bar. It brings to our blendings the body and the structure.

“The nose combines notes of cedar, white pepper, ginger, white flowers and grapefruit. The gentle attack reveals medium-sized bubbles that lightly tingle the palate.
Round on the palate, with notes of peach and orange, this Champagne finishes on a subtle bitterness, softened by a zesty freshness.”

The Chardonnay

The slow-growing Chardonnay is the ideal grape variety for aging wines. It brings to our blendings minerality and vivacity.
