Pur Meunier

Meunier with strong personality

The nose offers hints of acacia and blossom then ripe stone fruit with a touch of nut and brioche.

The balance of fruit and freshness is charming. On the finish, you can taste a lively minerality. With a very low dosage, this wine shows the pure style of Meunier.

Rosé de Saignée

Real Rosé

Tasting note

In a macerated pink Champagne, colour and aromas are natural and they appear naturally. You can taste freshly harvested grapes. « This wine is born pink » says Patrick Sourdet.

It has a really intense colour with vermilion hue. The mousse itself is pale pink!

The nose offers aromas of peony, rose and pomegranate, then ripe cassis and red cherry.

There is so much fruit on the palate, and so much vivacity! This is really a good example of the style of our house. On the finish, red fruit notes with hints of spice makes a long length.

Food pairing

This is a real rosé with a very low dosage, perfect for food matching. It is, of course, very good on its own but it can be a good friend for raw salmon, ceviche or scallops. If you look for something warmer, chicken with a creamy sauce and roasted veal are simply perfect.
